Our second foray into Lager brewing brought us our Honey Bock. We started with a malty German backbone, and then utilized honey as an adjunct to increase alcohol content, as well as flavor. Hopped exclusively with Czech Saaz hops, and finished with a clean, German lager yeast, the beer pours a light copper, with a thick, creamy head.
