A basic recipe, utilizing European Pilsner Malt, Carafoam, and a touch of Munich Crystal, it pours a clear, golden yellow, with a fluffy white head. Keeping with tradition, we've utilized only one hop varietal in this beer, the Czech Saaz Hop. Earthy, mellow, and crisp, this hop has long been the go to for classic lager styles. Our Pilsner is crisp, balanced, easy drinking, and perfect for hot summer days. A very simple recipe, yet a complex brewing and aging process, has created a beer we think worthy of its history.
