A traditional Belgian dubbel, with the addition of organic pumpkin in the mash, and organic/fair trade spices from our RVA neighbors at Ellwood Thompsons Market in the kettle and the brite tank. Moderate carbonation creates a thick, creamy head,  and the use of dark candi sugar and Belgian crystal malts give the beer a complex, bready, malty backbone to support the heavy spice additions.   Cheers!
