Brewed in the traditional style, Our Irish Red is a balanced, easy drinking ale. Prior to the invention of more controllable kilns, roasted malts and grain were used to give beers their red, copper, and brown color. We’ve used just a touch of roasted barley to color our beer, and hopped it perfectly to balance the big malt backbone. The beer pours a deep copper, and blends malty sweetness and mild hoppy bitterness together for a wonderful, crushable, Irish Red Ale.
