Our rotating hop IPA, Metagame, defines yet transcends the concept of a West Coast IPA. Brewed with a traditionally simple malt bill and hefty load of bittering hops we elevated our game with a generous addition of whirlpool hops and aggressive dry hop regiment to create our new school West Coast IPA. An intense bouquet of tropical fruit aromas gives way for the juicy flavors courtesy of large dry hop additions to create a flavorful IPA with restrained bitterness and high drinkability.
