“A short while ago in the Milky Way Galaxy…” We smuggled out some highly sought after ‘Galaxy’ hops all the way from the distant land of Australia to create an über hoppy, intense, and juicy hazy IPA with big flavor to match these big hops. A typical hazy IPA malt bill meets with a baseline of mosaic hops and just ridiculous amounts of Galaxy in the kettle and over a heavy double dry hop in the fermenter. Aroma punches you out with crazy amounts of citrus and tropical fruit leading into flavors of fresh pressed juice that boasts a lovely grapefruit bitterness to keep everything in balance.
