After scouring the earth in search of some of the most fun ingredients known to brewers, we are happy to present to you our newest, globally inspired pale ale, ‘Open World.’ We started by combining water from right here in Burien with premium English and German malted barley; next, we loaded this concoction up with hefty helpings of hops straight from coast of New Zealand, and, to top it all off, we fermented this unique brew with an equally unique Norwegian Voss Kveik yeast strain. Expect sweet tropical fruit notes enter the palate leading to a lime., mango, and orange juice flavor surging from a pale ale like none you have had before.
