Sun’s out in Seattle? Only one thing to do now, bring on the ‘Sombra’ (shade)! Our good buddies over at Centro Neighborhood Kitchen, down the street from us in Burien, were kind enough to provide in-house roasted maize (corn) to add directly into the beer as it was being brewed. Combine this with a traditional amber Mexican lager recipe, finest ingredients, and a clean, lager fermentation, and you get the perfect beer to enjoy in the sun! Flavors of sweet malt, caramelized corn, and floral hops make beer the quintessential pair for a delicious Mexican cuisine.
