We use slightly darker malts on this than are typical for an IPA, and we use almost no bittering hops. All hops, Mosaic and Citra, go in the cooled whirlpool, and then 8 consecutive days of dry hopping. It is slightly sweet, not bitter, but has tons of hop flavors and aromas.
