Sour bourbon barrel-aged strong English-style Porter. This one is something you're not going to find around much, but after tasting it, you will probably be looking for more! The base is our 41 English Porter from June of 2020. We then barrel-aged and soured it in a Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel. It is such a nice sour. Slight bourbon nose, then the very soft sour on the middle of your tongue, then the finishing with the flavor and aroma of Woodford and some oak from the barrel. It's all very balanced and pleasant. *gluten-reduced
