Our newest offering is a beer made with love. Our Brewmaster’s 2.5 year old daughter, Charlie, helped her daddy write this recipe, (Every keystroke was her hand) and has affectionately been referring to it as "CharliePA". His nickname for her has always been Charlie Barley, so it only seemed appropriate.
A light, golden colored ale, brewed with a touch of caramel malt for some balance. We added lots of late kettle additions of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado, and have triple dry hopped the beer with a combination of the same varietals.
Big nose, big flavor, but a balanced bitterness. Look for notes of Orange, Green Pepper, Melon, Lemon, Lime, Pineapple, and resin in the flavor and aroma.
