This IPA was brewed in the style of the craft beer pioneers, we embarked on an expedition to brew a classic IPA with a solid body and balanced hop profile. This was the benchmark IPA style of our forefathers and loved by the Dad Dancers around the world. Simcoe for tropical and grapefruit zest, Columbus for piney citrus and some spice, and Mosaic for floral aroma.
