YESSSSSSS!!!! Our barrel program is finally starting to produce beer ready for package. Thiccer Nibs is our first bottled barrel aged beer but will be a Memberhood Jamboree Exclusive. This beer was brewed a year ago and aged in Blanton's Bourbon barrels for 12 months before it was pulled from the barrels. We then treated the beer with Mexican Vera Cruz Vanilla Beans and Nicaraguan Cacao Nibs roasted by Cru Chocolate in Roseville, CA. The mouthfeel is thicc and the flavors are that of a highly well made chocolate bar. The marshmallow-y characters from the vanilla beans smoothen out the toffee and earthy notes of the cacao nibs. This is our way of showcasing ingredients from different regions of the world through our beer.
