Pastry Mode

Pastry Mode is a full blown Pastry Stout. It started out with a heavy caramel malt forward grain bill and was boiled for 6 hours. After fermentation was complete the beer went through our centrifuge and was then treated with over 1 lb per bbl of raw coconut, .5 lbs per bbl of vanilla beans and finished on hazelnut coffee. This beer is insanely aromatic and should be enjoyed with good company.
