For this beer we collaborated with Bottle Logic Brewing in Anaheim, CA. We both like big viscous stouts but decided to take this even further with a six hour boil. The toffee-like sugars created from this process mixed with Ghanian twice toasted cacao nibs makes this a dessert in a glass.
