The very first beer we ever brewed, in winter, before we had full power supply, hence the name. It's a Belgian classic fermented at high temperatures to bring out all those great saison yeast characteristics. Big aromas of fruit and spice carry through into the flavor. The result is hearty and complex, yet wholly drinkable.
