Our 2019 Lost Moon contains a constellation of rich chocolate flavors imparted by roasted malts and Belgian Candi sugars. A double fermentation with Champagne yeast brings this beer back to Earth with an ultra-smooth, dry finish. Finally, entombed in bourbon barrels, it ages for nine long months building flavors of espresso, oak, and toffee.
