Made with two saison yeast strain fermented separately: one that maximizes fermentation character and one that maximizes dryhop flavor. Using this combo, we brought all of our favorite things about IPA together with all our favorite things about saison, an inspired tag team of audacious deliciousness. It's juicy, but dry. It's spicy but tropical. Classic Simcoe and Chinook orange and pine, with modern biotransformation tangerine and melon. It is like the sun, many things to many people and a chameleon of purpose depending on the intent of the drinker.
