Bald Irishman is an Irish Red Ale brewed with 5 different malts and a whole lotta love! Brewed for our Satellite club fundraisers, dubbed the "El Balderinos" 10% of the proceeds from this brew will go to support the St. Baldrick's foundation, an organization which provides life-saving research for children with cancer.
In 2018, we took home a World Beer Cup Gold in category 87, Irish-Style Red Ale, for “The Bald Irishman." Brewed with Maris Otter, Malted Oats, Black Prinz, CaraRed, C90 malts, Irish Ale Yeast, and Cluster hops, this beer is balanced all the way through with a slightly drying finish. Aromas of toasted grains evoke thoughts of graham cracker and delicate notes of toffee and berry skins entice you to breathe in deeply as you take another sip.
