Shut up is an Imperial Stout aged in barrels that once held Woodford Reserve and then chambourcin port-style wine. It finished at 10.2%, but you wouldn’t know it with its smooth finish. Dark chocolate, raspberry, cocoa, and espresso engulf the pallet. The hops are present at 65IBU’s, but blend perfectly with the surrounding flavors. The beer travels through a flavor roller coaster as it warms creating a unique experience with each sip.
