Marionberries are one of our favorite berries to work with and make a mead that is truly divine. Marion the Barbarian is a big, sweet dessert mead fermented with whole marionberries and honey (with just a tiny bit of water added to get everything to mix) features notes of concord grape, blackberries, and vanilla.
