Pandion is the scientific name for the Osprey, an endemic falcon. This beer is clean and dry pale ale with an awesome hoppy nose do to dry hopping with the Falconers Flight of hops. This is a great spring time beer, refreshing and floral. Every year it is slight different so the beer should be labeled with the batch version.
