"Long Live Rock and Roll" is a series of Double IPAs in honor of my favorite record labels. Volume II is brewed in tribute to Ripple Music and in celebration of the forthcoming single and album by Mothership. Bittered with Galena and Centennial, finished with Centennial (kettle) and whole leaf Centennial and Cascade (hop back) and then generously dry hopped with Mosaic and Centennial.
