To accentuate the peppery notes of our Belgian farmhouse ale yeast, we’ve paired it with the spicy qualities of Rye for a noticeably prominent flavor. Additions of Belgian Caramel and Munich malts, and Belgian candi syrups create a malt and yeast dominant profile.
