Brewed with our friends over at the Shire Breu-Hous in Dalton, MA, this Saison features pale malt from Turner Hill Malting Co. in South Egremont, MA, wheat from Valley Malt in Hadley, MA and Mt. Rainier hope from Four Star Farms in Northfield, MA. We brewed this beer to celebrate Western Mass Beer Week. We hope you enjoy this light summery saison!
