Branching out from Miami J with Nelson Sauvin, the Brewer’s Hop! This time a bit of Ekuanot brings Lime, Mango and Papaya to our wort. It will meet Citra in the Whirlpool to boost citrus notes. London Fog will ferment the beer towards its Double Dry Hop. Dry Hop #1 is a gentile dose of Ekuanot and Nelson Sauvin to start the party. Dry Hop #2 will saturate the beer with a touch of Ekuanot and boat load of Nelson Sauvin. Limited edition release.
