We took a typical IPA and rearranged...no...Re-O-ranged it! Here’s what we did: dropped the bitterness, increased the hop flavor and aroma, softened the mouthfeel, and added an orangey, citrusy twist. A simple grain bill with a hefty dose of flaked wheat provides a soft and creamy base for the hops and orange zest to really shine. Expect flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit balanced perfectly with orange zest. We hope you enjoy this O-rangement.
