Brewed with a malt bill heavy on the oats and light on the milk sugar. We used Simcoe in the whirlpool and double dry hop with a blazing amount of Azacca, El Dorado and Rakau. This hop combo really has some beautiful synergy that is a flavor bonanza of clementine, peach juice, pineapple, citrus and berries. ⁣
