Intensely hopped with Sultana, Galaxy, El Dorado and Hallertau Blanc. We took the next step in our brewing journey by adding gallons of Pinot Gris juice during fermentation which resulted in something truly magical. Notes of gooseberries and fresh grapes on the vine.
