We have all encountered the village idiot. In honour of them, a brew that can be recognized as an American Pale Ale or an Indian Session Ale. Puzzled and confused, this one comes out at a walloping “1” IBU’s as all hop additions are added post-boil and late in the process. The Village Idiot dislikes numbers anyways…Notes of citrus, tropical notes and nuances of passion fruit are balanced by a soft malt backbone.
