Balance is the name of the game with a soft caramel malt body supported by a strong hop backbone, but one does not overpower the other. The Crystal and Munich malts nicely balance the Columbus and Summit hops. A nice dry hop of Columbus adds a fruity and spicy aroma and flavor including light citrus and black pepper.
