For our 600th batch, we decided to go big. We built a hazy, triple IPA that we then dry hopped with Citra. Then we dry hopped it with more Citra. And finally, for good measure, we dry hopped it a third time with..more Citra. Layers and layers and layers of silky oats and our favorite British malt combine to form this smooth beer that overflows with sherbet, mango, peach and citrus. Please note that some sedimentation over time will be normal with this beer, pour quietly out of the can to leave most of it behind or swirl it up and brace yourself for the true power of your friend, Citra.
