Mouth watering Citrus IPA will blow your mind! Citra and Mosaic Hops abound with a nice malt background. The Jester IPA is our flagship beer. It is the first IPA that I made and it has always been a favorite of the brewery. Over time, the Jester recipe has evolved. While these small tweaks have been few and far between, our belief is to always strive to create the best premium craft beer possible for our guests to enjoy.
