This beer is fit for a farmer and we have plenty of them here in the Finger Lakes. A saison should be a thirst quencher after a long hard days work. This traditional Southern Belgian Farmhouse ale encapsulates what the farmers brewed in the 1700s, but with our twist on it. Light in body, with a shimmering golden straw color, the addition of peppercorns brings out the hint of spiciness from the yeast, while balancing the fruity esters.
