Brügge
This Blonde is named after the beautiful Belgian town Bruges, also known as the Venice of central Europe. The recipe is classical Belgian, spiced with organic Athanum and Cascade hops. The color is golden, and it has a pleasant flowery aroma from the hops, and a fruity spicy aroma from the Trappist yeast we use for fermentation. Brügge is unfiltered, and a lovely pairing for warm dishes with light meat of poultry or pork. Best served at 6-8˚C
