Commonly known as “Wet Hop”, this beer is only available for a few months each year. This ale is a true celebration of the hop harvest, using “unkilned” fresh, wet hops within 24 hours of harvesting. Wet hops retain all of their oils and contribute a delicate, ethereal flavor exuding flowery, fresh grass, and notes of citrus.
