One and a half tonne(!) of fresh cherry puree defines this surprisingly full Stout. At 6.5% this has the body and decadence of something much bigger, it smells of darkly roasted things like chocolate and barley and coffee, the cherry offers a tart sweetness that beautifully balances the chocolate character.
