Playing on the natural citrus quality of Apollo, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops, we decided to amp up the citrus with the use of tangerine peel in the WHP and the addition of Tangerine in the cellars. The end result is a trifecta punch of tangerine!
