The best of the Old and New World IPAs. With English Maris Otter and Munich base malts providing the rich complex base we get a classic ale with a distinctive malty/nutty/biscuity flavour. We use a traditional, yet unusual as it is inhouse propagated, English ale yeast to get enhance the malt flavours and give a slightly sweeter finish. The beer is quite bitter and for aroma we add Simcoe and Centenniel hops to get an intense floral and citrus flavour that completes that last little detail for our vision of a perfect IPA.
