We took our favorite IPA, Elysium, and doubled it and double dry hopped it. It's packed with 7 pounds of hops peer barrel. We used both pellet and cryo hops. Sticking with our DDH Elysium recipe we used plenty of Simcoe and Galaxy hops, combining both versions of DDH Elysium.
