Gringolandia is an affectionate term used by many Latinos to refer to the United States. We’re using the term to paint a picture of our collective 5 Rabbit experience as a Latin-based company in the exciting melting pot that is 21st century Chicagoland, and to brew beers that reflect that experience. It’s our tribute to the American craft beer movement.
After staking out our Latin credentials with several exciting, ingredient-based beers in the “5″ series, we felt it was time to expand our range. These beers are our own interpretations of some popular craft beer styles, changed up a little to make them our own distinct beers different from anyone else’s.
Oh yes it is! Fabulosa Porter is a creamy, roasty porter with soft cocoa character. It is brewed with unmalted wheat for a smooth, milkshake texture. Chocolatey aroma, creamy cappuccino flavors, soft bittersweet finish.
