We age our English IPA anywhere from three months to one year in a Four Roses bourbon barrel. Its deliciously floral bitterness is tempered a bit by the barrel aging process and it is rounded out with a healthy dose of caramel malt that gives it a rich copper color with a very pleasant warming finish.
