This Pale Ale is brewed light and refreshing for our southern climate, not quite as aggressively hopped as our West-Coast brethren's, made using premium Maris Otter Pale Malt and Cara Foam Malt. Mildly hopped with American Nugget, Cascade, and Centennial for a pleasant bitterness and citrusy aroma.
