Our Walden Hollow cider is a snapshot of a place and time. This cider features New York state apples and will change annually as our cider makers determine which varieties work best for the cider in a given year. Walden Hollow is made from apples grown on our hundred year old orchard in Walden, New York as well as heirloom and distinctive apple varieties selected by our cider makers.
