I can feel fall coming, when this very clean baked pumpkin & pie spice hits my nose, then the sweet bready notes come up with an almost cream cheese frosting sweetness. The color is clear medium amber, like pumpkin flesh, topped with bright white bubbles. Wow, it tastes like liquid pumpkin pie with a sweet, spicy medium mouthfeel, finished off with bitterness from the earthy hops & spices meld together perfectly. I guess it pays to use real baked pie pumpkins & worth the wait to get them fresh.
